01 Introduction

13 Account Suspension & Termination

mrwira88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or engagement in any Prohibited Activity.
• Circumstances where continued operation of the account would expose mrwira88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A player's own voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure under any of the above circumstances, mrwira88 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus funds and any associated unmet wagering balances are not withdrawable upon account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms
